Crabtree & Evelyn very kindly sent me two of their latest products from the India Hicks Spider Lily Body Collection and, if these are anything to go by, I will certainly be trying out all their products

‘This body polish cleanses, retexturises and moisturises to leave skin buttery smooth and radiant.’ The first time I used India’s Spider Lily Body Polish, I fell in love… For a start, there was the smell: subtle, unusual and simply divine. Then, my skin – after using this product, I must have spent most of the evening stroking my ‘soft as a baby’ legs. They felt AMAZING! Don’t get me wrong, quite often my skin will feel soft, but not for hours on end. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin.
Spider Lily Body Polish is blended with natural island plants and fruits and flowers, including India’s favourite island flower, the delicate Spider Lily, which is the heart of the fragrance, sugarcane, orange and lemon-derived AHAs help to release dead skin cells, finely ground avocado stone and grapefruit peel to slough away dry skin, glycerine to moisturise, aloe leaf juice to soothe and calm avocado, mango, hibiscus, coconut, aloe vera, grapefruit, sea salt, and seaweed. All these natural ingredients help to nourish, protect, hydrate and soothe the skin. There are no harsh detergents, Parabens, mineral oils or chemicals. Spider Lily Body Polish really is a pleasure to use.
SPIDER LILY NATURAL TRIPLE-MILLED SOAP 100g, £10.50
The packaging of this soap is beautiful, yet simple and I could smell it before I even opened the box. Not only is this soap lovely to use and gentle on sensitive skin, it seems to be lasting FOREVER and I’ve still got a second bar! My bathroom smells gorgeous too.
This creamy, rich body soap, embossed with the collection’s signature coral icon, nourishes your skin with mango and avocado butter in a natural soap base of skin-conditioning grapeseed, sweet almond, olive and coconut oils. A triple-milled process ensures a long-lasting bar with its fragrance retained down to the last sliver.
The Spider Lily Body Collection includes an Eau de Toilette, Bath Salts, Shower Gel, Hand Wash, Body Polish, Natural Triple-milled Soap and Body Cream. Parabens, mineral oil, sodium lauryl sulfate and propylene glycol have been screened out of the products.
