Facebook Mazing

What is it? It’s when one sets off at a random and unknown profile in your network and then clicks on one of that profile’s friends who is also in the same network. This needs to be done four times to make sure you end up in a totally random place but still within your network. Then do this as many times as needed until you reach someone whose profile shares a common friend. It’s pretty amazing if you can do it – obviously those with the most friends will get there in the fewest steps. This is a project which might take a long time so you should write down each person’s name and it’ll make things easier for starting off where you last left off when you have a spare moment.

I’d be really interested in seeing who has created the longest list of names as well as the shortest list of names. And what’s more, I’ll publish the results here just to prove it.

Remember the four click rule to totally put yourself into a random place. Obviously some people don’t allow you to see their friends so then it’s just a matter of clicking the back button.
