As if one Big Brother house wasn’t enough to watch the viewing public now find themselves with two to contend with. The traditional Friday night eviction was turned on its head as the public voted to move self styled rude girl Aisleyn to her new “yard”…sorry house. To say she didn’t take the news without a hint of drama would be something of an understatement. There were tears a plenty as she proclaimed to all within earshot that she was “shitting herself” at the prospect of leaving.

Still for now her fears were unfounded. As she waited on the stairs to take the final walk, she was ushered through a door into the new house. A slightly upmarket, if slightly cramped des res for the new blood that would be soon be making its presence felt in this years show.

Aisleyn’s reaction to her new surroundings was understandably one of excitement and confusion (much slapping of fingers and Oscar rated dramatics). And before the night was out things would only become more heated.

One by one the new housemates entered the house.

Jonathan, a bouncer from London

Spiral a Dublin based rapper and DJ.

Jennie from a barmaid from Liverpool

Mike, a student from Manchester now studying in London.

And finally the oldest housemate (at 36) in the new bunch Jayne a recruitment consultant.

However if there is one thing we can be sure of, when Big Brother gives Big Brother also takes away. And that’s where the final twist comes into play. Over the next week Aisleyn will be forced to “evict” four of the five new housemates from the new house, theoretically leaving just one of the new bunch who she thinks she will take back into the original house with her later in the game.

Little does Aisleyn know however is that the people she “evicts” are the ones that will be going next door. Presumably meaning her favourite will be the one that gets their marching orders. Nice twist.

I’ll see you when the dust settles.
